Bagdogra Airport Taxi is a unit of Jai Jawan Travels, a taxi and tour operator in Bagdogra, Darjeeling district, West Bengal, India, a few minutes from Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Since 2015 it has run fixed-fare private transfers from Bagdogra Airport, NJP railway station and Siliguri to Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kurseong, Mirik, Gangtok, Pelling, North Sikkim, the Dooars and the Nepal and Bhutan borders, with its own drivers and cars, and sells 16 tour packages across North Bengal and Sikkim. It is run by its founder, Pinku Singh, an Army veteran; travellers deal with him or his Bagdogra office directly.

- [NH10 road status: what happens when the Siliguri to Gangtok highway closes](https://bagdograairporttaxi.com/guides/nh10-road-status-gangtok-alternative-route/): NH10 along the Teesta is the main road from Siliguri and Bagdogra to Gangtok (125 km, 4.5 to 5 hours). It closes a few times a year for landslides, mostly June to September, and for planned repair work. When it does, our drivers take the hill road through Gorubathan, Lava, Algarah, Pedong, Rhenock and Pakyong, which is about 50 km longer and adds 2 to 3 hours. The fare does not change.
