Here is how a trip with us goes: six moments between the arrivals door at Bagdogra and the drive back down, told the way our travellers tell it when they get home.
- 1Touchdown
You step out of arrivals, and your name is already on a board
We track your flight, so your driver is at the door when you walk out, not stuck in a queue. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land, and a delay never cancels the booking. Bags in, seat belts on, the mountains are three hours away.
What happens at the airport - 2The first hour
The plains fall away and the tea gardens begin
Past Siliguri the road starts to climb. Rohini Road winds through tea bushes that run to the horizon, and your driver pulls over at Kurseong for a cup of Darjeeling tea and a plate of momos, at the stall with the best view, because he stops there every week.

Somewhere above Ghum the clouds part and the whole range is there, white and enormous. The toy train whistles past at Batasia Loop. Your driver knows exactly which bend it happens on, after 70 km of road he has driven a thousand times.

Bagdogra Airport taxi: questions travellers ask
How do I book a taxi from Bagdogra Airport?
Choose your route and car on our booking page, pay a 20% advance by UPI or card, and you get a confirmation on WhatsApp straight away. The driver’s name, photo and car number follow the evening before your trip.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so the driver arrives when you land. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after the actual landing time, and a delay never cancels the booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund of your advance. Inside 24 hours we refund 50%. Refunds reach your account within 5 working days.
Is the fare fixed, or are there extra charges?
The fare you see is the fare you pay. It includes fuel, tolls, parking, driver allowance and GST. The only extras are a flat ₹300 for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00, and permit fees for protected areas in Sikkim.
Is it safe to travel at night, or alone, from Bagdogra?
Yes. Every driver is verified with police records and has years of hill driving. Your trip is shared live with our 24-hour office, and solo travellers can share the car number and live location with family from WhatsApp.
Do I need a permit to visit Sikkim?
Indian citizens need no permit for Gangtok, Pelling or Namchi. Tsomgo Lake, Nathula and North Sikkim need a protected-area permit, which we arrange. Foreign nationals need a Restricted Area Permit for all of Sikkim.
How can I pay?
Pay the advance by UPI: scan our QR code on the booking page with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp. Pay the balance to the driver in cash or UPI at the end of the trip.
Do you pick up from NJP railway station and Siliguri?
Yes. We pick up from Bagdogra Airport, NJP station, Siliguri Junction and any hotel or home in Siliguri, at the same fares.
