Cancellation and refund policy
Cancel a taxi up to 24 hours before pickup and we refund your full advance. Inside 24 hours we refund 50%. Every refund goes back to the account you paid from within 5 working days.

Flight and train delays
A delay is never a cancellation. We track your flight or train, and waiting is free for 60 minutes after the actual arrival time. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we refund 100% of your advance or move the booking to your new date for free.
If we cancel
If we cannot provide the car, or a road closure makes the trip impossible, you get a 100% refund or a free change of date. Landslide reroutes are driven at no extra charge.
Tour packages
- More than 15 days before the start: full refund minus any non-refundable hotel deposits, which we show in your quote.
- 7 to 15 days before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before: refund of the unused car portion only.
How to cancel
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 82930 14308 or email bagdograairporttaxi@gmail.com with your name and trip date. The time we receive your message is the cancellation time. You get a written confirmation and the refund amount.
