Terms of service

Fares

Fares are per car, one way, and include fuel, tolls, parking, driver allowance and GST. A night charge of ₹300 applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00. Permit fees for protected areas in Sikkim are extra and charged at cost.

Booking

A booking is confirmed when we receive the 20% advance and send a written confirmation. Sending an enquiry alone does not reserve a car. The balance is paid to the driver at the end of the trip.

Waiting and changes

Waiting is free for 60 minutes after the actual arrival of your flight or train. Extra stops and detours beyond the agreed route are charged at the rates given in advance.

Luggage and safety

Please keep to the seat and luggage limits shown for each car. Drivers may refuse to drive unsafely, including above the speed limit or in dangerous weather, and may pause a trip when a road is closed by the authorities.
